Terms of Service
Last updated: 24 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Yarmlen. By creating an account you accept them. Questions: m@yarmlen.com or @YarmLen_Bot on Telegram.
The service
Yarmlen helps landlords and tenants keep meter readings, utility bills, rent and the records of a tenancy in one place, and helps send readings to utility companies.
Yarmlen calculates bills from the readings and tariffs that are entered. The landlord who issues a bill is responsible for checking it. Yarmlen is a tool, not a party to any lease, and not affiliated with any utility company.
Price
The service is currently free of charge. If fees are ever introduced, they will be announced in advance and apply only to those who agree to them.
Your account
Your phone number is your username. Keep your password to yourself and tell us at once if you think someone else has access to your account.
You must be 18 or older and use Yarmlen lawfully: only enter information you have the right to share, and do not use the service to harass anyone, to impersonate someone, or to break it.
Your content
What you enter remains yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you and to the people you share a tenancy with, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Yarmlen available and correct, but provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions made on the basis of figures that were entered incorrectly.
Ending
You may stop using Yarmlen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of Ukraine. We will publish any change on this page with a new date, and tell you in the app before a significant change takes effect.
