You can delete your Yarmlen account at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what happens.
How to delete your account
In the app or at app.yarmlen.com: Profile → Security → Delete account. You will be asked for your password and, if you have connected Telegram, to confirm in Telegram that it was you.
No longer have the app, or cannot sign in? Write to @YarmLen_Bot on Telegram or to m@yarmlen.com from the phone number or address on the account, and we will delete it after confirming it is yours.
7 days to change your mind
Your account is locked as soon as you confirm, and deleted 7 days later. Sign in during those 7 days and cancel, and nothing is lost.
What is deleted
Your profile, sign-in methods, Telegram link, profile picture and sessions.
What is kept, and for how long
Lease records: the landlords you rented from keep their records of those tenancies — the agreement and its terms, your name and phone number as recorded on the lease, meter readings, bills and payment history. Only the landlords of that tenancy can see them, and they are deleted when the landlord deletes them or their account.
Security retention: your name and phone number, in restricted, encrypted storage, for 3 years — for security, fraud prevention and legal requests — then deleted automatically.
We never use retained data for marketing or to contact you.
